Art on Train Festival

Participating in the Art on Train festival, nestled in the breathtaking environment near Pontalier on the French-Swiss border, was truly an extraordinary experience. This festival took place in an old train station adorned with several train models that undoubtedly tickled the fancy of train enthusiasts.

My assigned canvas for this project was a train carrying prisoners, adding a compelling aura to the entire endeavor. The festival itself was unlike any other, a mesmerizing blend of creativity and the serene natural beauty that surrounded us. Being in France, a country that has always held a special place in my heart, only added to the magic of the moment. The warmth and appreciation I've received from the French art community have been a constant source of inspiration.

The canvas for my artistic expression was an old train, and I was determined to make the most of its unique format. I decided to paint a girl lying down, allowing the elongated shape of the train to become an integral part of the composition. To bring my vision to life, we even prepared a wooden protrusion on the train, enhancing the 3D effect and making the artwork more immersive.

In the end, the Art on Train festival was a testament to the power of art to transform and transcend, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to have been a part of it.
