Lince Ornamental: Descubre la Historia Detrás de Mi Mural en Salamanca
Llevaba tiempo queriendo crear un mural dedicado al lince ibérico, y por fin tuve la oportunidad perfecta en Garcibuey, Salamanca, durante el festival Graffitibuey, un evento clave para el arte urbano en España. Como muralista profesional con experiencia internacional, he podido llevar mi estilo ornamental y mis murales pintados a mano a diferentes ciudades del mundo, y este proyecto en la Sierra de Francia es uno de los más especiales.
El Lince Ibérico como Protagonista
El mural que realicé, llamado Lince Ornamental, representa este majestuoso felino, uno de los más emblemáticos de la fauna española y también una especie en peligro que está experimentando una lenta pero firme recuperación. Este trabajo fusiona el realismo, influencias ornamentales de la arquitectura modernista, y técnicas heredadas de mi etapa como tatuador, creando un mural lleno de simbolismo y con una fuerte carga visual.
Como artista, mi objetivo con esta obra es no solo embellecer el espacio urbano sino también transmitir un mensaje claro de concienciación ambiental y la importancia de proteger nuestro entorno natural y su biodiversidad.
Murales Pintados a Mano que Transforman Comunidades
Garcibuey, un pequeño pueblo con apenas 180 habitantes, se ha reinventado gracias al festival Graffitibuey, que desde 2019 ha posicionado el municipio como un museo urbano al aire libre con murales de artistas nacionales e internacionales. Este tipo de proyectos demuestra el impacto positivo que el arte urbano y los murales para empresas y comunidades pueden tener para revitalizar zonas rurales y prevenir la despoblación.
La colaboración entre artistas, el Ayuntamiento y la Diputación de Salamanca ha hecho posible que Garcibuey sea un ejemplo de “Ecodestino Creativo”, donde el arte y el turismo rural se combinan para crear una identidad cultural y sostenible.
Por Qué Elegí al Lince Ibérico
Como muralista español apasionado por los felinos y la naturaleza, elegí al lince ibérico porque es un símbolo de fuerza y fragilidad al mismo tiempo. En el mural, utilicé tonos rojizos para reflejar la vulnerabilidad de la especie, pero también para mostrar esperanza ante los avances en su conservación, con un aumento del 19 % en su población en 2024.
Bublegum: Trayectoria Internacional y Pasión por el Arte Urbano A lo largo de mi carrera, he tenido la oportunidad de pintar murales en lugares tan emblemáticos como Wynwood Walls en Miami, la cuna del graffiti en Nueva York, París o el North West Walls en Bélgica. Para mí, el arte urbano es una forma poderosa de transformar espacios, contar historias y crear conexiones entre las personas. Mis murales, pintados a mano, combinan técnicas tradicionales con influencias urbanas, buscando siempre que cada obra tenga un significado especial y una conexión auténtica con el entorno donde se encuentra. Tanto en espacios públicos como privados, mi objetivo es aportar valor y emoción a través del arte.
